This one is last simply because the idea is to make the previous 19 work so well that you don’t need to pay for clicks. However some markets are just to competitive to get to Google’s first page organically. Sometimes you want to get to market faster than the organic methods will achieve.
The point is that you are still only paying for people that show an interest in your offer - unlike traditional advertising where the complete opposite is the case.
Once you get them to click then you have to ensure the page they go to on your site has the best chance of converting them into a customer - which brings us back to step 1!
